What is the return policy?
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

When will I receive my refund?
Please note your return will be processed within 7 business days from the time we receive it in our warehouse. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation via email.
I mistakenly returned the wrong item!
Please ensure to send back the correct and complete item(s) for your return. Due to logistics and customs restrictions, Finatso cannot reship or store items mistakenly sent as returns.
